The problem
Step Now faced the challenge of needing a rebrand to align with their mission of speaking directly to young people. The existing brand did not effectively capture the essence of youthfulness and aspiration, hindering its resonance with the target audience. There was a need for a striking and impactful brand that would convey the idea of taking steps closer to achieving one’s ambitions—a brand that young individuals could not only relate to but also find aspirational.

In the rebranding process, we aimed to create a brand identity that resonated deeply with the youthful demographic. The new logo is a testament to simplicity and impact, featuring a dynamic design that embodies the concept of progress. The icon, a stylised step, serves as a powerful visual metaphor for taking tangible steps forward.

To enhance the brand’s appeal to young individuals, we designed the identity to be wearable and desirable—a symbol of ambition and personal growth. The colour palette reflects confidence and positivity, while the overall simplicity of the design ensures immediate recognition and connection.

One significant achievement is the adaptability of the brand across various touchpoints, including merchandise. The redesigned Step Now identity is not just a logo; it’s a badge of motivation and a statement of youthful aspiration. Through this revitalised brand, Step Now is now better positioned to connect with its audience, inspiring them to take bold steps toward their dreams.
